The scliemm also provides for the establishment of an artificial limb factory under an American expert whn will arrive shortly ; a land settlement. scheme,, involving an expenditure of £60,000,000; provision factories, and housing; guaranteeing markets for tiio products of small holdings and industries ; and the development, of forestry and the Murray Rivor scheme.
Central organisations will bo established with local committees composed of private citizens, returned soldiers acting in an honorary capacity.
