The numerous "jumpy little attacks " everywhere indicate a fear similar to that of a startled jack-rabbit. Their actions indicate that the Huns are "on thoir toes." THE AIR MASTERY. ' The Teutons are makinjr the most desperate efforts to regaia the air mastery everywhere in the hoaviest air battles. The Boschcs unsuccessfully attacked five balloons and act another afire. British ■ airmen brought down a- German \ sausage balloon. ' Preparations to start an immediate construction of a huge air fleet ' have been completed in America.
