Redmond, the Nationalist Lender, visited the House of Commons to-day, but did not enter the Chamber. He, conferred with Messrs Dillon and Devlin and returned to Dublin to-night. Persistent rumours are current that Mr Redmond intends to resign. THE CONVENTION. TO MEET ON JULY 25. Reuter's Telegrams. (Received Julv IS, 11.30 am.) LONDON, July 17. It is announced that the Irish Convention will meet in Trinity College, Dublin, on July 25.
