HOLLAND'S FEARS.
GERMANY CLAIMS MOl'Tll OF EMS. Australian and X.Z. Cable Af-sociation, (Received July IP, 11.00 a.m.) AMSTERDAM. July 17. There is considerable perturbation in Holland at the fact that Germany claims the whoio mouth of the Ems, as shown on the latest German General Staff mayi. The German naval authorities have begun to exercise a quasijurisdiction over the mouth of tho Ems.
