The King of Greece, in a message to President Poincaire, appreciatively refers to France's heroic struggle for the triumph of right, justice and liberty, a struggle in which Greece is happy to be able henceforth to participate. GREEK KING OBSTINATE. REFUSES TO CONVOKE CHAMBER. LONDON. July 15. An Athens wireless message says that a difference has arisen between King Alexander and M. Vcnezelos, the former refusing to sign the decree convoking the Chamber. An immense mathe country supports 1 M. Venezelos in his request for an open repudiation of Constantino's homo and fori eign policy, hut. King Alexander is withholding his consent. MONTENEGRINS SUFFER. ROME, July 1* Newspapers state that Montenegrins are suffering greater than the Belgians and Serbians. The people are starving, and there are hundreds of deaths daily. The Italian Government has been urged to draw the attention of the Allies and neutrals, with a view to sending relief.
