Tho dock at Lyttelton not being available until July 25, the Ngatoro was dispatched from Wellington on Saturday evening Inst for 'Port Chalmers, where she will go into dock, and lia/e her spare propeller fitted. Advantage will b> taken to overhaul the hull of the ■vessel while in dock. SHIPPING NOTES. The directors of the Clan Line Stoaracrs, Ltd., recommend a dividend of 25s nor sharo or. the ordinary chares (12t per cent), :;nd £SG,S6O will be carried forward, as against 5f32,260 brought in. An interim dividend at the same rato was paid in October. In Septefnber, 1913, a bonus of 50 per cent was given in ordinary shares from +he reserve. Tho dividend for that, year was 15 per cent, and tho sama rate was paid for 1011. For 1010 tho rate was raised to 25 per cent, free of tax. • The Kakapo is due to leave Wostport tomorrow with, ft cargo of coal and timber, discharging her cargo she will proceed to Timaru. The Kittawa Is due to leave Westport for Lyttolton to-morrow.

The Kini is expected to leave WcMport for Lyttelton aboult the end of tho week.
