Alexander Wildey, Ltd., printer, claimed the sum of lGs for order forms ordered by Alfred Baldwin and not taken possession of Plaintiff, who conducted his own case, stated that defendant had given him an order for certain forms. The work had been done, but plaintiff had not taken delivery. The defendant said thnt'the order was given on the understanding that the forms ye re deliveied at his house. He was willing to pay tho amount at any time the forms were delivered. Plaintiff denied the statement, stating that he had never received any instructions as to deliverv/Tmd no arrangement was entered into tliat he was to do so. The Magistrate remarked that the onus was on defendant to prove that a contract had been made tor delivery. Barrett was adjudged tho father of an illegitimate child and was odered to pay 7s 6d per week and expenses, and to enter into a surety of £IOO. William A. Fleming was fined 30s and costs 7s for motoring at an excessive speed. H. G. A. Barrett, Colin Jbbotson and Gordon Dixon were each fined 20 > and costs 7s for netting fish in the River Cam, contrary to the Sea Fisheries Act.'
