THE FRYATT MURDER.
AMERICAN EMBASSY REPORTS POSTPONEMENT OF TRIAL REFUSED Australian and ZCZ. Cable Association. (Received July. 31, 10.45 a.m.) LONDON, July 30. The Press Bureau nas issued a paraphrase of a telegram from the American Embassy in Berlin, dated July 27, Trhich was received on July 29, replying to Viscount Grey's notes of July 18 and July 28. The telegram states that tho German Foreign Office verbally informed the American Ambassador on July 26 that Captain Fryatt's trial had been fixed to be held in Bruges on July 27, and an attempt .would bo made to secure a. postponement, but the German Foreign Office .wrote on July 27 that a postponement Was impossible because German sub-marine-witnesses could not be detained.
