BURGLARY IN AUCKLAND.
[Pkr Paess Association.] AUCKLAND, July 29. The Homo and Colonial Stores Newton branch was burglariously enterea' last night, and the burglars removed the safe to the cellar, packed it with flour in bags, and forced it open with explosives, using butter from the store to tamp the charge. It is estimated that about £l5O was stolen. The burglars broke two cash registers in the shop, apparently with an axe, and extracted about £4 in money-
