Sir Abo Bailey, in a speech at Krugorsdorp, said that before leaving England ho asked Lord Kitchener how things were going. Lord Kitchener roplied: " Germany is in a much moro serious position than peoplo think, especially in tho interior. Tho Germans remind me of a prizefighter, staggering and dazed. If our Army gets what it wants it will givo them a knoclc-out.''
