The Japanese Admiral in command of iihe visiting cruisers, says that no doubt is entertained in Japan as to who won tho Jutland battle. Referring- to tho Russians he said that they would .fight wonderfully if they possessed plenty of ammunition, and Japan was a hugo arsenal for Russia. He did not thing Japanese gunners were helping them. Tliey were only there for instructional purposes. The Admiral expressed tho opinion that Germany was. at tho bottom of Mexico's declaration of war against .America. J j j I |
