I The member* of the Canterbury Philosophical Institute met a.t Broadways' this afternoon to say good-bye to Mr A. M. Wright, their secretary, who hoe enlisted in the medical branch of the foroes. At a meeting of the Poor of Great Britain, Ireland and Belgium Relief - Fund executive, held to-day, it was resolved that in future all rr&neys received shall be used to earn the Government's subsidy; alno that all moneys in hand shall be meed for the tame purpose.
