BLOCKADE REMAINS.
PARTS, June 4. All the newspapers lay stress upon the fact that the strategic situation remains unchanged- The blockade remains, impassable, and that is the real test. The " Journal" remarks that the German, object was to overwhelm nu important part of the British Fleet by a surprise, but the blow failed.
