Despite official Dutch, denials, the Ausfero-German Press is lengthily discussing Holland's preparations against threatened Allied attacks. The u Neue Freie Presse" flatters the Dutch Premier for his diplomatic silence, enabling the British Government .to retreat from an intended assault on Dutch independence, and adding that the Paris Conference is a desperate proceeding because the military situation was revised and planned for disturbing Holland, and the Dutch Premier replied by strengthening Hoiland's military preparations.
