VOICE OF DOMINIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received April 10, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 9. Mr Hughes has not yet been definitely invited to the Paris Conference, but will probably receive an invitation on Monday. It is expeotedi in some quarters that ho will go as a British representative, but whether he represents all the dominions or not, it is certain that they will hare a full voice in the proceedings.
