The organ of tho Schleswig Danes at Flensburg publishes a full report of the Reichstag proceedings when Dr von Bethinann-Hollweg declared that German's enemies chose war. Dr Leibknecht shouted "Lies!' You chose it!" There was tremendous uproar, with cries of "Chuck him out!" "Blackguard!" "Dirty dog!"Dr von Bethmann-Hollweg said: "We want neighbours with whom we can 00-operato to our mutual advantage." Dr Leibknecht interposed, " You therefore suddenly assail and strangle .thera." - v At this there was a deafening din, the strongest epithets being hurled at Dr Leibknecht, and one member shouting " Hit him on the head!" [ Dr Leibknecht later, during the naval debate., cried, "Discuss the submarine question," and was forbidden to continue. .
