LYTTELTON CASES.
In the ;Lyttelton Court today, before Mr P- Ferrier, J.P., John Eagleton and Alfred Moffatt were charged with desertion from the, s.s. Pakeba. They , were convicted and each sentenced to •- one month's imprisonment, and ordered 1 to be placed on board the vessel when she leaves for London.
