By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. (Received October 6, 0.30 a.m.) MARSEILLES, October 5. An Austrian submarine sank the French steamer Provincia off Cerigp. The crew wero landed. (Cerigo is the south-west of the lonian Islands, belonging to Greece, in the Mediterranean.)
