A GOVERNMENT WOODEN BUILDING [From Our Correspondent.] WELLINGTON, September 30. Tho G'hristchurch City Council's strong objection to a wooden building beng erected by the Government within the brick area was ventilated byMr Ell arid Dr Thaeker ia the this afternoon.
