REFI-SES TO TAKE CITY WATER. The Mayor of Christehurch stated last night that, the authorities of Christ's College and Wood Bros, had not {M-copted tho council's offer of high pressure water in the case of fire. They had been informed, accordingly, that city water would not bo available either at Christ's College or Wood Bros.'s store, Addington. ~
