TO-DAY'S LIST. (Before -Mr H. W. Bishop. S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. John Howard, a second offender, for drunkenness. hoed 10s, in default forty-eigjn hours' imprisonment. A prohibition order was issued »it his own request'. James M'Veight pleaded guilty to a charge or having been disorderly while drunk. and was fined 20s, in default seven days' imprisonment. YOT7XG .MAN BEGGING. George Tyson, an able-bodied man of thirty-fire years, was. charged with being idle and disorderly in that; he had been begging alms in Manchester Street. The police stated that Tyson was a hard-working man who had beou drinking lately. Tyson himself said that he had been under the influence of drink when begging. The Magistrate mnanded accused for a M" eek to '' get the drink out of him." AN OLD MAN. David Robert .-on. aged tMght.v-.six vears, who had been found sleeping in the lupins, appeared on remiuid. '1 medical report mi id that ilie old man was ill his dotage. He was remanded until Monduy U> see if arrangements could bo made to place- him at the Old Minx's Home at Ashhunon.
