CITIZENS RIFLE CORPS.
MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING. The Christehureh Working Men's Club issued an invitation to the a-bovp Corps to have the use of the club ranee and rifles for two months. Last Monday some forty-five, men of No. 9 unit, under. Captain ft. C. Bishop, accepted the invitation and fired. The Club-Captain, P. Jack, had a good number of 'the members present, helping the corps officers to instruct Hie members in the handling of the riße. Some very good scores were made. The highest scorers were Caplain Bishop 67. Rnmssy 67, Trent. 56. liie club also had several members at Rede-lift's lost Monday and Tuesday. They have also made the corps honorary members of the club for a month. The Addington members, some sixteen strong, under Captain ~\Y. Johnson, wore present on Thursday. It is hoped more member?, will attend next Thursday.. Some vvyy good scoring was done, one member scoring 68. and Captain Johnson gelling (3(5.
