VINDICTIVE GERMANS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright, (Received December 7, 11.80 a.m.) LONDON; December 6. An oye-u'itner-s with the British headquarters confirms tho reports of the wantonness and vinclictiveness of the German bombardment of tho cloth hall and cathedral at Ypres, which began after tho failure of tho final effort to capture the city, and ceased immediately the buildings were destroyed. It served no military purpose whatever.
