PRICES OF FOODSTUFFS.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received October 23, 1.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 22. The Government has further varjed the.prices notified on October 16. The following are the maximum prices:— Bran and pollard, in Northumberland and Cumberland, £6 5s per ton; outside these countries a 5s advance on the prices prevailing in each locality on September 10; bread outside Northumberland and Cumberland at the price prevailing on August 1.
