MINISTER ATTACKED. " Times" and Sydney " Sun " Services.' (Received October 13, 9 a.m.) LONDON, October 12. 4 A Ministerial crisis in Italy is threatened. The Press is attacking the Minister of War, accusing him of culpable negligence regarding army equipment and demanding his resignation. Owing to the discovery of more mines in the Adriatic the Italian Admiralty has suspended services to. Adriatic ports, excepting Venice and Trieste.
