MESSAGE FROM KING.
[Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, August 5. Mr Mnssoy, in a statement to the Press, said that the Governor will read an important mesage from tho King at the steps of the Parliamentary Library Buildings at three o'clock to-day. It is understood that tho message does not involve a declaration of v.'^r.
