After holding that the Court bad .jurisdiction to interfere by an injunction if tho circumstances of the case warranted it. his Honor held that tho action of the plaintiff brought him under the Council's by-law., relating to disorder, and 1:1 m t the. Mayor and Council, having found that he was disorderly. the Court could not interfere with the finding.
