EXPORT OF HONEY.

NEW COMPANY FORMED. For some time past the Canterbury Beekeepers' Association has had under consideration the formation of a company for the collection, distribution and export of honey. The movement took a. further step forward on Tuesday evening, when a, meeting- of the Association was held at the office of Mr H. R. Best. Mr A. Ireland presided. On the motion of Mr C. A. Jacobsen, seconded by Mr R. N. Gidley, it whs decided that a company should be formed, to be called the Canterbury Honey ' Producers' Co-operative Association. Limited. Messrs'A. Ireland, O. A. Jacobsen,. B. N GidW, Y>. G. "Ward and J. Reutoul were appointed provisional director*, and Mr'H. R-. Best provisional-secre-dlt-,' was decided that active steps should be taken to procure members, and Mr E. G. Ward' was authorised to draw" no a. circular pointing out the advantages to bee-keepers of joining the Association.
