ARBITRATION COURT.

BIG LIST FOB MONDAY. The Arbitration Court will eit at 10 a.m.' on Monday in the Provincial Council Chamber. There are five complete disputes, namely.:— Slaughtermen's Union. Aerated Water Workers' Union. Drapers' Assistants. Motor-car and Horse Drivers' Union (two disputes). Matthews and another (Mr Harper), £270 or declaration of liability. Gibbs (Mr Cuningham) v. Maddren Bros. (Mr Harper). £1 per week. Popplewell (Mr Harper) t. H.M. the King, £l4 I2s 6d and £SO. Donovan (Mr Cuningham) v. Kinsey and Co., £1 lis 2d per week. The following additional cases are set down:—Scott Bros. v. Inspector of Awards, case on appeal; Canterbury printers' Machinists and Bookbinders, United Furniture Trades Union, Traction and Stationary Enginedrivers, and Federated Tailoresses, applications to add parties. TIMARU SITTING. Tho Court will sit at Timaru on Friday next at 11.30 a.m. to hear the wharf labourers' case (a complete agreement) and the Christchuroh Journalists' Union v. Timaru "Herald" Company and others (a complete dispute). Applications to add parties will bo heard in tho United Furniture Trades award, and the Waimate Workers' and Threshing Millers' award. There will be two compensation cases :—M' Auley v. Timaru Borough Council, £421 and £2O; and Leith v. Jackson and Co., Limited, to assess compensation. CONCILIATION COUNCIL.
