COMMISSIONERS ANGRY.
TALK OF IMPEACHMENT. [Per Pbess Association.] WELLINGTON, November 14. A deputation from the Conference of the Post and Telegraph Officers' Association endeavoured to place before the Commissioners the resolutions telegraphed yesterday. A deadlock occurred. The Commissioners objected to the delegates' criticism of the classification as being an impeachment, and demanded the withdrawal of the resolution which compared P and T classification with that of other branches of the Civil Service. The delegates will now report to the various branches.
