THE OUTER LINE.
MAD MULLAH'S WAY, FRIENDLIES MUTILATED. HORRORS EQUAL THE CONGO. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received November 14, 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, November 13. Mr Alan Oscer, correspondent of the " Daily Express," writes that 6ince the withdrawal of the support to friendly natives in Somaliland, atrocities there have been equal to those in the Congo. The Colonial Office, he says, is seeking to suppress the facts. The formation of the camel corps was largely the outcome of these horrors. The native quarter in Berbers in July last year was filled with starving and mutilated friendlies. Some trailed themselves on their hands, owing to their feet having been lopped off.
