THE RIVAL FLEETS. TENSION TO DROP. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright BERLIN, November 12. Captain Gersicis, writing in the " Tageblatt," suggests that Britain will gradually release ships from the North Sea. Already she has sent some to the Mediterranean, and Germany has re* sponded by sending two cruisers to South America. If Britain should send more Germany will do the same. The reduction of tension is certain to follow.
