FREE WORKERS HARASSED. WHILE POLICE USE BATONS. " Times."—Sydney " Sun " Special Cable*. (Received November 12, 9 a.m.) LONDON, November 11. Massed picketing by strikers in Dublin was an utter failure. Not a' single worker was deterred from following his employment. Free labourers, returning to their lodgings, were followed by a crowd and stones were thrown and the police escort was compelled to use batons to get the free labourers through. The strikers have abandoned the policy of massed pickets at various factories, owing to strikers' inadequate response.
