THE SUGAR CASE. [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 30. Tho Sugar Trust case is proceeding in the Appeal Court. Sir J. G. Findlay is engaged supporting his submission that the result of the business relations between the Sugar Company and the ring were contrary to the public interest.
