Frazer, PostmasterGeneral, : has returned from New Zealand. He says that the most important scheme discussed with Mr Rhodes related to wireless, Mr Frazer considers that it ought to he possible to transmit messages from Australia to New Zealand by wireless at 2d a word, the present rate being 4Jd. Definite proposals were made to Mr Rhodes regarding communication with other parts of the world, and these proposals included, cheapening the rates on postal notes, but arrangement was reached.
