A Paris message says that the Government was interpellated respecting the reinstatement of Colonel du Puty de Clam. A vote of confidence in vhe Government was carried, M. Etienr.e, Minister of "War, declaring that no Minister could give an appointment to a man who, after reinstatement, insulted his superiors. This conduct would be visited with disciplinary measures.
