LONDON, January 31. 4 conference of fifty Radical members of the House of Commons ravourable to woman suffrage, including several members of the Government, appointed a committee to report on the lines on which a private Bill should bo drafted. RAILWAY LEGISLATION. The House of Commons passed the second reading of the Railway Bill. The Labour members and many Radical members of the House of Commons are memorialising the Government tor a Commission to investigate the economic position of the railways and future policy.
