(Received February 1, 10 a.m.) LONDON, January 31. ~ A suffragette was sentenced to one month's imprisonment with hard labour at Dublin for smashing the windoAvs of the Custom House. MORE WINDOW SMASHING. Two suffragettes catapulted windows in Victoria Street from a motor-bus with leaden discs. One escaped, the other was caught and .fined. FORCIBLE FEEDING. Sir Arthur Basil, in the House of Commons, will propose legislation to, prevent the suffragettes bringing the law into contempt and ridicule, and will ask Mr M'Kenna to discontinue forcible feeding and allow the women to go hungry. _ Many windows in Whitehall are screened with wire.
