There is great oxcitemcnt, and several officers have been killed. TURKEY'S REPLY.' FURTHER NEGOTIATIONS SUGGESTED. • LONDON, January 31. It is considered in Vienna that Turkey's reply, offering considerable concessions, is sufficient basis for further .negotiations. THE TURKISH FORCES. OFFICERS ORDERED TO REJOIN. LONDON, January 31. A Constantinople message says that all officers on leave have been ordered to rejoin their regiments.
