AND NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that at the same place, on the same day, at 2.45 p.m., or as soon afterwards as the Ordinary General Meeting shall be concluded, ah Extraordinary General Meeting of tho Company will be held, when the subjoined Resolutions will be proposed: RESOLUTIONS. (a) That the following Article be substituted for Article 104 a • 104 a The said Directors shall alfo be entitled to receive by way of additional remuneration for such services, a further ' sum of £SOO per annum in respect of every sum of £7500 of dividend or bonus over and above £3ojooo, but such "addij . tiofcal 1 remuneration, shall not be payable upon any capitalisation of profits. (b) That the following Article be substituted for Articles 120 and ltiOa: — 120 The Company in general meeting may declare dividends, but no dividend shall exceed the amount recommended by Ihe' Directors.
