The campaign in connection with the by-election for Londonderry City, caused by the succession to the Peerage of tho Marquis of Hamilton, the sitting Conservative member, is being conducted with great energy. Lady Abercor.n, wife of the former member, actively canvassed the whole town. Those voting include all the lame and half-blind obtainable, and some voters have como specially from America in order to record their votes.
