NAVAL DEFENCE.
MR CHURCHILL'S DUNDEE SPEECH. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 31, 10 a.m.) LONDON, January 30. Mr Churchill, speaking at a function at Dundee, said that the Navy was strong and needed to bo these days. When the estimates were introduced he would show that it was getting stronger, and. that there was no danger of our supremacy being diminished by changes in naval science.
