Harold Thompson has been committed for trial on a charge of the aiurder of TVotter on January 7. Bail was refused. Mm Trotter gave evidence at the injuest that both burglars appeared to oe slim, one taller than the other. The roice of the taller seenied a boyish roice, beaking into manhood. Thompson's voice did not appear the same. Thompson's voice is gruff and lowtoned, the voice of a man. Thompson did not- seem slim built to her. The coat worn by the taller man was striped something like the one produced. The felt hat produced was somo thing like the one worn by the taller man? Nobody to her knowledge knew where th« money was kept. She wc.it wiw'to we Thompson, but was unable 1 so i3entfrv him. - . The evidence, against Thompson co,a* uisted of- a finger print on the window sill of tlie back window. An expert stated that the characteristics -agreed■ w'tih Thompson's.
