At tho Trevanion inquest Roo said that, the family, including Trcvanion'fi mother, approached him in 1907 to use his influence to keep Trevanion Irom drug;. Trevanion was ill in 19.11 and summondod witness from Paris. He suggested paying witness £2OO yearly as a travelling companion. Trevanion later transferred to witness £IO,OOO, ns lie disliked people thinking that Roeway in a different position from himself. Witne-.s consented on Trevanion'i solicitors arranging. He denied tluit tliero was any impropriety. He was treated like a. younger brother and slept with Trevanion, because tho latter was nervoils. Witness detnilod tho circufflstances prior to Trevanion's death.
