Sir Alexander Peacock has been. appointed Minister of Education find Labour, also of Accounts in the absence of the Treasurer, the Hon W. Watt, in Britain. The portfolios have been rearranged, and tho Hon A. A. Bilson; the Minister of Railways, will be Minister of Mines and Forests, and tho Hon J: Murray, Leader of the Government and Chief Secretary.
