[Pick Pnuss Association-.] AUCKLAND, January 29. Tho University Senate resolved that a .special meeting should be held in "Wellington in ft fortnight after the 'receipt of tho English examiners' results, with power to deal with the awarding of degrees, honours and scholarships; that the next meeting should he held in Duuedin on January 17, 1914 ; and that ton Junior University scholarships should l>e awarded at the December examination in 1913. The matter of a Consorvatorium of Music was left in tho hands of the Council oJ' tho Auckland University, 'the Senate to take no further action until tho whole of the schemes were submitted for its approval by the Auckland Council. Tho following graduates with degrees obtained outside New Zealand were admitted to the University of New Zealand :—Olaf, E. Stout (Wellington), Henry "W. Mayo (Gisborno), Graham H. Balfour (Duncdin), Frances C. Kilroe and C. Kilroe (Wellington), Ambrose T. Griffith (Feilding), and James Holt (Tim aru).
