MR WILLIS INTERVIEWED. United Press Association —By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. . SYDNEY, September 1. Mr M'Gowen refuses to discuss the Willis incident. He will confer with Mr Willis to-morrow. In a second interview, he remarked that he conld only recognise the " Telegraph " as one publication, controlled by one editor. Mr Willis, declared thai an assurance that writers in the " Telegraph " will respect the authority of Parliament should be forthcoming, failing which the exclusion must continue.
