Mr M'Kcnna has introduced the Welsh Disestablishment Bill in the House of Commons. The Government of India Bill lias been read a second time in tho House of Commons. Mr Bonar Law, lender of tho Opposition, said lio would not oppose tho Bill, as he did not desire to bring the Bill into tho arena of party politics, but bo considered that the Government's use of tho prerogative was unconstitutional.
