HARVEST THANKSGIVING SERVICES.
The harvest thanksgiving .services in connection with the Primitive Methodist Church, AshburLon, were continued oil Tliesduy evening. when a sale of work and gift auction was held in aid of the funds of the church. The Rev T. it. B. AVooloxaJl Mated Unit £IOO was required to extinguish the overdraft, and £33 had boon promised, provided tho balance was raised. Good business was done during the afternoon and evening. In tho evening a musical programme was carried out. At. the close tho remaining goods were submitted to auction by Mr IT. A. Lloyd. The anniversary and harvest thanksgiving service in connection with the Doyleston Sunday school was held last Sunday. Thero was a largo congregation. and the Tiov T. A. Joughin conducted the service.
