PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS.
FOUNDATION STONE LAID. [Per Press Association.] _ WELLINGTON, March 23. The Governor laid the foundation stono of the new Parliament Buildings this afternoon before a large attendance. The stono bore an inrcription stating that Sir Joseph Ward was Primo Minister, and the Hon It. M'Kenzie Minister of Public "Works. Both the Governor and Sir Joseph Ward spoke afterwards.
